Dec 7: The Kinder Life Class

In the Kinder Life Class, you will learn three profoundly powerful transformative techniques, allowing you to release even the longest and most deeply held unpleasant ideas, memories, and emotions. In addition, you will learn how to use these techniques, along with all of the other techniques previously learned in Integrated Intervention classes, to create a life in which peace and joy are sustainably possible.

This class also provides an overview of the mechanisms and roles of trauma and karma throughout our lifetimes, along with a deep consideration of human needs and values. Upon completion of this class, one is able to participate in our Sunday morning group practice.

Prerequisites: Integrated Interventions Level 1, Level 2, and Integrated Forgiveness class

An organic vegetarian lunch will be provided.  Please let us know about any dietary restrictions. 

To make your experience as comfortable as possible, 

• Bring a water bottle: you will be drinking a great deal of water during the class 
• Wear loose comfortable clothing  and socks
